01Our approach

SC WORDPRESS CODE SRL, fiscal code RO41034515, uses only the storage needed to operate Visiroll securely unless you actively enable Analytics.

The Visiroll video player embedded on customer websites does not set cookies and never loads Google Analytics. The choices on this page apply to visiroll.com itself.

02Necessary cookies

These support security and functionality and do not require optional analytics consent:

visiroll_consentRemembers your privacy choice for 6 months.

visiroll_sessionKeeps signed-in members authenticated for up to 30 days.

visiroll_google_*Short-lived security values used during Google sign-in; expire after 10 minutes.

03Optional analytics

If you choose Accept analytics, we may load Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and improve Visiroll. Advertising storage, advertising user data, personalization signals, and Google Signals are disabled by our implementation.

_gaDistinguishes browsers for analytics; stored for up to 2 years.

_ga_*Maintains the current analytics session; stored for up to 2 years.

No Google request is sent before consent. If Analytics is not configured by a platform administrator, accepting the category does not load any third-party script.

04Change or withdraw your choice

Use Cookie preferences in any Visiroll footer to change your decision. Rejecting Analytics stops future GA4 loading and removes the known first-party Google Analytics cookies accessible to Visiroll.

You can also delete cookies in your browser. Necessary authentication cookies will be recreated if you sign in again.
