How usage is counted, what scales with the plan, and what happens as your portfolio grows.
Each video in your library counts once, regardless of how many renditions Visiroll creates, whether its source file is still retained, or how many allowed websites publish it.
Storage includes the retained source plus generated posters, thumbnails, and adaptive renditions. The Storage page shows the current workspace total.
Bandwidth is the video traffic streamed to viewers in a calendar month. It is separate from storage. Usage is reconciled from CDN billing, not enforced as a real-time traffic cap in the app.
No. Videos published on the Free plan display Visiroll branding. Upgrade to Studio or higher to remove the Visiroll logo or replace it with your own.
On Studio, Agency, and Agency+, replace the Visiroll logo with your own or hide the logo. White-label applies to the embedded player, not a custom hosting domain or a rebranded dashboard.
Yes. Publish the same video to multiple websites without uploading it again. Each website keeps its own domain rules and analytics context.
Yes. Monthly billing offers the most flexibility. Annual billing is paid upfront and saves about 18%: €348 for Studio, €1,068 for Agency, or €2,748 for Agency+. Bandwidth allowances continue to reset each calendar month.
